Learn the self-coaching process for connected caregiving. This is a 6-week program to learn basic steps to self-coaching, so you can create the relationship you want with your loved ones. Each week builds on the last, so you will leave the final week with a plan to move forward in new ways to thrive as a caregiver.
Week 1: February 21 – Where Are We Now & What Do We Want To Create In Our Life?
Week 2: February 28 – Basic Steps to Self-Coaching
Week 3: March 14 – The Stories We Believe & How They Shape Our Lives
Week 4: March 21 – Emotional Balance - How to Allow & Process Feelings
Week 5: March 28 – How to Create the Relationships You Want
Week 6: April 4 – Making a Plan to Move Forward

This workshop is designed as a follow up to the Self-Care for the Caregiver seminar at the Caring for Aging Parents Half-Day Conference on November 12, 2022.
