Iryna Ishchenko is a master certified coach and dementia dialogs specialist who helps caregivers stop the caregiving madness and start creating solutions to get back to their pre-caregiving hopes and dreams. She became a caregiver at the age of 31 when taking care of her mother who got terminal cancer while solo parenting her infant son. That was the hardest time of her life that led her to the search for meaning and ways of processing her very conflicting emotions, which in turn led her to understand that more than anything in her life, she wanted to help others make the challenging caregiving years easier. She decided there had to be a better way to take care of loved ones without feeling resentful and guilty. Now Iryna takes care of her elder parents-in-law and her family of four while providing customized individual coaching to her clients who strive to manage caring for their children, their parents with cognitive decline, their careers, and to have romantic relationships with their significant others.
