This easy-to-read book will give you tools to handle conflicts of all sorts and exercises to practice. It came out of seminars that were presented to adults, high schoolers and even middle schoolers. All are welcome to participate, if you have read the book or not. The book can be found on Amazon. Contact Sarah Penzel if book scholarships are needed.
